We’re excited to welcome you to the Pipeline to Leadership (P2L) Learning Tour in El Paso! Join US PREP and Clint ISD for an energizing, interactive day of learning designed to bring P2L to life — from the big picture of the strategy to classrooms, coaching conversations, PLCs, and the voices of the educators and leaders doing the work every day.
Clint ISD is completing its second year of P2L implementation — a unique opportunity to see how districts and campuses are redesigning educator roles, strengthening instructional leadership, and building systems that support great teaching.
During the Learning Tour
What We’ll Explore
Deepen your understanding of P2L and how its five core objectives work together to strengthen the educator workforce.
Engage in meaningful, on-the-ground observations of P2L implementation across Clint ISD campuses.
Explore what it takes to scale and sustain P2L, including the district and campus conditions that enable the work to take root and grow.
Connect observation to application, reflecting on what the work could mean for your own systems and contexts.
