Lauren is a Transformation Specialist. In this role, she primarily serves the Texas
Mentorship Training initiative, partnering with the Texas Education Agency in the design and delivery of cohesive training for mentoring educators across Texas schools. He also works alongside university leadership teams and their school district partners to support the work of transforming teacher preparation programs, which includes virtual and on the-ground support, co-planning and facilitating professional development, and progress monitoring transformation plans to make sure goals are met.
Lauren is a dynamic educator and leader with over 20 years of experience in instruction, coaching, and educator development. She believes all brains are beautiful and is deeply committed to exemplary outcomes for all learners. Lauren has served in roles from Dean of Instruction to Officer of Partnerships, Recruitment & Certification, consistently leaving a systematic, lasting impact on school systems and educator prep programs. She has expanded district partnerships, increased grant funding, and designed high-impact professional learning experiences that drive measurable growth. Known for her strategic mindset, candid support, and transformational coaching, Lauren brings a powerful blend of heart and results to every team she joins.
In her spare time Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, baking and crafting, and listening to great music!
