The Southern Regional Education Board (SREB) works with states to improve education while providing policymakers with reliable data. They serve educators with training and operate in 16 different states working side by side with states to improve education standards and keep state legislatures informed on education priorities and issues. 

Their newest report entitled, "State Policies to Improve Teacher Preparation," highlights the US PREP model as a promising practice, specifically focusing on the importance of strong partnerships.
