Scaling & Sustaining

Scaling the Site Coordinator Role

Site Coordinators are the lynchpin that help to convene the EPP and school districts to make decisions that are mutually beneficial for PK-12 students and teacher candidates. As the yearlong residency is being scaled to more students, there is also a need to scale the Site Coordinator role. Join us as we unpack the roles and responsibilities of the Site Coordinator and share coalition strategies for scaling and funding this critical position. Workshop participants will have an opportunity to consider what the scaled role may look like for their context.
