    Residency

Teacher residencies have emerged as a highly successful model of teacher preparation, developing candidates who are more diverse, more likely to stay in the classroom longer, and have a greater impact on student learning outcomes. In this session, participants will learn about the quality components of a high-quality residency program and ways educator preparation programs are piloting, scaling, and sustaining this successful model of teacher preparation.
