Yusra Millenbaugh

Yusra Millenbaugh is a Regional Strategic Staffing Specialist. In this role, Yusra partners with universities and districts to support implementing paid, sustainable, year-long teacher residencies.

Yusra earned a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Youngstown State University and a Master of Arts in Teaching and Learning from Kaplan University. Prior to joining US PREP, Yusra worked in public education for 17 years as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and district literacy coordinator. She is passionate about increasing literacy outcomes for underserved students and ensuring all students have access to high-quality instruction.

Yusra lives in Arizona with her husband and three sons. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing with her dogs, and attending concerts.
