    Dr. Stephanie Boyce

    Dr. Stephanie Boyce is a Regional Strategic Staffing Specialist. In this role, Stephanie partners with universities and PK-12 school districts to support the design and implementation of sustainable year-long, paid teacher residency programs. Stephanie is driven by her passion to reshape the educational landscape by making schools more equitable for all students. 


    Stephanie has a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington, a M.Ed. in Educational Administration from the University of North Texas, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Houston. 


    Stephanie is an educator with over a decades worth of experience in education and has served in roles from classroom teacher, mentor teacher, instructional coach/master teacher, assistant principal, and principal, while serving in PK-12 schools. 


    In higher education, Stephanie served as a field supervisor in the teacher preparation program at the University of North Texas at Dallas. She has also worked at Paul Quinn College as the Director of the Writing Program, and is an adjunct professor in the African American Studies Department at the University of Houston. 


    Stephanie is a native of Dallas, TX, where she currently resides. She is the mother of a very spirited 3-year old daughter, and enjoys traveling, family time, great food, printed books she can hold, and new adventures.
