    Jen Stack-Driver


    Jen Stack-Driver serves as a Regional Transformation Support Specialist (RTS) for US PREP. In this role, Jen works alongside university leadership teams and their district partners to support the work of their teacher preparation program’s transformation. She provides virtual and on-the-ground support for university and school district leaders, with a focus on high-quality teacher preparation. Jen believes that all aspects of transformation should be considered through a lens of high-quality to ensure access for teacher candidates and PK-12 students. Jen also works with the US PREP Curriculum Design Initiative. She co-leads the curriculum redesign process with all coalition members, while leading and managing a team of Curriculum Design Coaches.  

    Jen has served in many roles throughout her 17 years in education - classroom educator, TAP Mentor Teacher, TAP Master Teacher, induction coach for new teachers, and professional development provider. In her years as a classroom and TAP Mentor Teacher, Jen supported multiple teacher candidates at different stages of their teacher preparation programs. She also had the honor of coaching first and second year teachers across the city of Chicago, supporting them as they began their career as an educator.  

    Jen earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from Loras College. She later received a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Supervision from Arizona State University.  

    Jen lives in Chicago, Illinois with her husband. She enjoys exploring both the city she lives in and traveling to new places. Often, she can be found baking, with a book in her hand, or doing something creative.
