Jaclyn McCormick

Jaclyn McCormick is a Strategic Staffing Regional Transformation Specialist. In this role, Jaclyn partners with universities and PK-12 school districts to support the design and implementation of sustainable year-long, paid teacher residency programs. 

Jaclyn earned a Bachelor of Science from The University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s Degree in School Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University.

Prior to joining US PREP, Jaclyn served as a math teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal and Director of Academics in Louisiana, New York, Texas and Florida. As a school leader, Jaclyn led her instructional team to dramatically transform the academic performance of their school. Jaclyn has also served as an instructional leadership and curriculum development consultant for two school districts. She believes deeply in ensuring all students have access to exceptional teachers that provide rigorous and engaging lessons in an inclusive and supportive environment.  

Jaclyn lives in Tampa, FL with her husband. She enjoys running, yoga, good food, going to the beach and traveling with her husband.
